Big Jake
Fantastic attitude as always. Gets kicked, pulled and pushed all over the park and he just gets on with it. We've done well to keep him for the season.

Holden
Love it how he just . . walks . . . . slowly . . . . with the ball. Defenders are backin off and backin off before falling on their backsides when he skips past them before they know what is happening. Sublime skill. Absolute joy to watch. Best skill I gave ever seen in a Saints jersey. Sensational talent. Celtic and Scotland fans in for a treat. Happy days. HCJ
munoz
Retaining Morgan could well turn out to be the difference between promotion and not , and in turn be worth millions over a few seasons if we can win this league and stay up.

They almost seem to freeze when he has the ball at his feet. It's joyous to watch. On a few occasions today, he didn't even walk - he just stood, and you could see their defenders shitting themselves. Wonderful
djchapsticks
Good debut from Morgan today. Hopefully we can keep him permanently if Celtic don't fancy him.
Gordon Urquhart
Actually thought by his high standards he was a bit average today. Not surprising really with all the media circus this week. Just needs to concentrate on short term getting us up this year, job done. Leave as a legend.
MenstrieSaint
Big plus is , when Saints want to sign a promising youngster , they are able yo point out how well McLean , McGinn , Moy, Mallan and Morgan are doing , and how Saints looked after their development , that would encourage a youngster to sign for Saints , especially if his surname started with a M

I still think if there was a sell on clause our board would have shouted it from the rafters as it would mean fantastic negotiating skills given the contract, or lack thereof, situation

paul torfason
can Morgan play against dons in cup,or is it just against Celtic after we beat the sheep?

He's already played in the cup this season so I don't see what Celtic would have to gain by refusing permission to play against the Dons. As it looks like Liam Smith is here for the season hopefully he will be available too. I suspect neither would be allowed to play against their parent club.

Why be quiet? It's not as if any team whose player we go for is going to think we have money to burn. It's possible future earnings at best. On the other side of the coin the very fact our board were able to eek out more from the sale of Morgan makes them look far more than competent and lets the fans know they did their absolute best. Add to this that they've never kept quiet about any other add ons they've manage to broker.

Of course they bloody will! We've already paid a fee for a player recently and clubs will milk this as hard as they can!! 23 minutes ago, stlucifer said: Add to this that they've never kept quiet about any other add ons they've manage to broker. Were the add-ons not negotiated and publicised by the old regime (came out in the wash at club agm's, perhaps to appease shareholders).

IF clubs think we have money to burn it won't be because of money we MIGHT get four years from now. There is no logical reason for not disclosing the fact the club made a tremendous deal for a player who could have walked for even less peanuts at the end of the season. You guys have been reading too many mystery novels.
