whydowebother
Who would have guessed we would score four..? so far.... To be fair, I predicted 5 -
TopCat
FT 5-0Second half even better than the first. Another belter from Morgan to round it off and a well deserved scoreline. Dumbarton looked leggy after their cup final exploits at the weekend and we were fresh and well up for it. Time for the engraver to get our name on the Championship trophy. PvtDoberman
Backed us to win 5-0 when it was 2-0. Cashed out as StMirren had a dangerous attack 2 minutes into injury time. £56 for a fiver stake. Good night all round! saintargyll
The millennium year Livvy were also our closest challengers (although a lot closer then than they are now) and that was a great team of mavericks to win the title i think its very close but what/who do you think was the better title winning squad/season
TPAFKA Jersey 2
Simply stupendous tonight. One of the most one sided games I’ve seen in my puff. Match stats must be ridiculous. Last 7 home games, 7 wins and zero goals conceded. That is superb at any level. By the way, harsh to call Mullen’s goal a tap in. Excellent movement by the wee man I thought. SaintGlenburn
5-0Goal of the night I think. 30 year screamer by Lewis. It took its time to go in [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23]
proudtobeabuddy
Tonight we were an absolute pleasure to watch, we need to enjoy these next 7 games because seasons like this don't happen often for us. Title party approaching but meanwhile let's enjoy the ride getting there...
Buffs
Craig Samson, take a bow. 7 clean sheets in a row at home is an outstanding achievement. St Mirren legend. The rest of the defence are not bad either.
santaponsasaint
Brilliant performance tonight. Everybody played some great stuff. Morgan's 2 goal were superb. One thing I didn't understand tonight was when Calum Gallagher came some fans round us booed him. WHY. He was a half decent player for us. But great game. Loved the commitment of the Dumbarton fans who travelled over after losing on Sunday. Great movement, great goals from a very polished St Mirren side. Difficult to compare the previous title winning team with this one. For sheer passion it would be the previous one but for sheer teamwork and not a little talent I am tempted to go with this team. Always assuming we get over the line!
Tommy
That was a total professional job well done. As others have said, well done to Sammy and now the target is to make it 10 home league games without conceding a goal
the barrhead teacher
Echoing sentiments of other contributions tonight.
