Strange that Ryan Strains move seems to have gone a lot quicker , perhaps because he was already playing outside Oz ? Strain was born in Coventry Quote

Ethan Posted July 12, 2022 Report Posted July 12, 2022 Baccus very much still in Oz. Until his Visa clears he cant come over. Quote
FTOF Posted July 16, 2022 Report Posted July 16, 2022 Visa has been sorted and he'll join up with rest of the players on Monday. Quote

thewswpost Posted July 17, 2022 Report Posted July 17, 2022 Baccus is flying over to Scotland today. Quote

As a regular watcher of the A League Strain is a decent solid enough right back. Nothing spectacular but he shouldn't let you down. Keanu has a lot more about him. Quote
Mainstand Sweary Mob Posted July 18, 2022 Report Posted July 18, 2022 If Reid was to go, we defo need a Gogic style player in for the midfield. I'm hoping that Baccus is either A. Gogic like moldOr B. Ronan like moldSent from my IN2023 using Tapatalk Quote

Slarti Posted July 18, 2022 Report Posted July 18, 2022 Or both combined. Would that make him Rogic? Quote
Ethan Posted July 18, 2022 Report Posted July 18, 2022 One thing we cannot do is have him down as a saviour. He could need time to get up to speed and may not be any better than what we have. Quote
munoz Posted July 23, 2022 Report Posted July 23, 2022 Best debut I've seen in a while. Hopefully he can do the business against Premiership opposition. Quote

Scott-Leeds Posted July 23, 2022 Report Posted July 23, 2022 Agreed I thought his touch was good and he seemed to think before making a pass to play the right one . Definitely will appear out of place in our team then [emoji2] Quote
Sonny Posted July 23, 2022 Author Report Posted July 23, 2022 Very good debut considering his lack of training and his travelling. Looks a real player. And his countryman Strain also impressed after a couple of lethargic appearances. Quote
RichardBuddie Posted July 23, 2022 Report Posted July 23, 2022 Was watching him prior to kick off, seems a real team player with bags of confidence, played well today bearing in mind he’s literally just landed in the country.Seems to have quick speed of thought too - there was a moment in the second half when he just pulled out of going for the ball, had he done so would have been a guaranteed yellow (possibly more).Very early days but this guy might turn into a bit of a fans favourite.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

He's had practically zero football in 2022 so understandable he's going to be rusty. Time to get off the back of guys like Strain, Ayunga and Olusanya who I've seen quite a few folk making their judgements on already. We need to give these guys a bit of time to bed into the pace and physical differen e of the game here. Quote

He really looks promising. Ayunga will just get better and better Quote
northstbuddie Posted July 23, 2022 Report Posted July 23, 2022 Baccus makes up for his slight build with speed of thought/action, skill and aggression. Looks a promising signing, albeit after just one game. Quote
