rumours kicking about that meatball is being linked to Man Utd for 50M

how much do we get 😁

That has been kicking about for about a year.  Fergie has been championing the move but the previous management were undecided.   Could be a goer now?

On another topic Wigan have signed Shinnie from Derby - will they still want McGrath.

I reckon he'd be there already if Sir Alex was still manager !

2.75 million. Not to be sniffed at. Come on Fergie. Get a move on.

Why wouldn’t they want McGrath still? He’s an attacking mid and shinnie is defensive, completely different players.

But what of those fans who don’t want to be involved in ownership?

If fans do not want to pay a trivial sum into SMISA to get only theoretical ownership, why should they be offered any say…. any input at all?

They are defining themselves as simply customers, disinterested in any more meaningful engagement.

ManU need to do something to maximise their investment in Grealish, who is not providing the glory for which they paid a big fee.

maybe Grealish DOES need wee John to kickstart him…?

It's actually a shade more than the 5% of the fee, because we get the development fees on top of that, too. I have it that we actually get about 8.5% but that may need corroborating.

All for JG to sign a few strikers. What could go wrong?

So 2, 3 or 4 out

A winger or 2, a midfielder or 2 (not 2 for both of these though) and a striker in if it all works out.(likely to be young loanee)

2 weeks to make it happen...

Our season could go north or south given others are getting things done and competition for the likes of Allan... (Dee freeing up wages already too).

The silence is deafening.

So it seems there is considerable interest in McGrath,  let's hope its for a January transfer send not on a PCA.

Very unlikely he'll stay till the summer

The sad thing IS that our competitors at moment and will be for remainder unless we manage to restart far more positively have all reinforced their teams for the hard slog ahead. They have been proactive.
